Skate America prides itself on its ability to keep you informed of your order status. If you have not immediately received your order, Skate America will send your order status to you via email. You can also access, at anytime, "My Account" or "Order Status" to review your current or past orders. Here you will be given the option to wait for your ordered products or change them to products that can ship to you quicker. The status of your products on order is updated through our very sophisticated link to each Manufactureres production schedule.

Some products can ship immediately and some may take longer. Should there be an unexpected manufacturer delay, we will send to you via email, your order status. You can also choose to select a different product that the Manufacturer can deliver to you in a shorter time frame.
