The Adidas Superstar was originally introduced in 1969 on court for testing and was released to the public in 1970 as the first low basketball shoe to feature an all-leather upper and the world-renowned rubber shell toe. By the mid 70's, three-quarters of all NBA players were wearing new shell toes from Adidas. This model features a clear outsole and an allover reflective graphic print.
